JEFFERSON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE ISSUES SILVER ALERT FOR 87-YEAR-OLD MAN LAST SEEN WEDNESDAY: Jefferson County, Arkansas - December 28, 2017- The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for an elderly man.

Charles A. Richie, 87, was last seen around 1 p.m. Wednesday in Mobile, AL.

Mr. Richie may be traveling in a Burgundy Ford F-150 pickup truck with Arkansas license plate 997 UVH.

Richie suffers from de and may be in danger.
