JEFFERSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CONDUCTING DEATH INVESTIGATION: On March 10, 2024, deputies with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to an area of the Arkansas river, regarding a body in the water.  Investigators were taken to the area and recovered a body which was later identified as Andrew Hutchinson, black male, date of birth 2/26/1964 a resident of Pine Bluff, AR. Mister Hutchinson was 6 feet tall and weighed approximately 135 pounds. Mister Hutchinson's last known location, according to his immediate family members, was Jonesboro, AR. on February 12, 2024.  

Mister Hutchinson will be transported to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for medical examination and possible information regarding the cause of his death.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is asking for the publics assistance in determining Mister Hutchinson's whereabouts from February 12, 2024, to the day he was discovered.
