Jefferson County Deputy Bradley Shell

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is pleased to announce that Bradley Shell is the Patrol Deputy of the Month for August 2020.

Deputy Shell has exceeded the expectations of a patrol deputy for the month of August.

Joining the Jefferson County force over a year ago, Shell expressed that he is happy to be recognized as the August Patrol Deputy of the Month.

"I am happy because I am doing hard work and I see my peers doing hard work and achieving the accomplishment of Deputy of the Month, so I'm always asking them what I can do to improve," said Shell. "Law enforcement is new for me so I'm still learning and am always asking for advice."

Patrol Sergeant Specyal Mills described Deputy Shell as eager and always ready to learn new things on the job.

"He is proactive in his law enforcement work and is always willing to help," said Mills. "This accomplishment shows that he is dedicated to doing his job effectively. I look forward to seeing him grow within the division."

Shell recently became a member of the Jefferson County Special Response Team, and is happy to have chosen The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office to begin his law enforcement career.

"JCSO gave me a chance when other agencies wouldn't," said Deputy Shell. "I feel as though they saw something in me that other agencies didn't."

The quality of dedication is very important for the agency's long-term success. We look forward to Shell's ability to achieve the highest level of success, and being recognized as Deputy of the Month is just the beginning. We value all our employees and are especially pleased to watch them meet the challenges presented and grow into greater individuals.

It is our sincere hope that you will join us in congratulating Bradley Shell on his accomplishment and in wishing him continued success at our agency.
