WEBSITE MAINTENANCE

Dear Citizens:

On February 25, 2012 the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office launched the State of Arkansas’ most innovative and interactive public safety website ever. Since the initial launch of our website, we have added a number of modules such as our poll module that allows citizens to cast their vote on questions and/or public safety concerns posted by our staff and you the citizen.

We’ve added a dedicated section called “Laura’s Law”, which provides resources for victims of domestic violence and list legislation passed by our State Legislators concerning domestic violence.

Some of our other modules include crime mapping, most wanted, cold cases, and information sections for individual departments within the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

Our Information Technology staff working alongside our website management partners are continually working to improve our website for citizens in order to provide the most transparent information resource available.

Two of the busiest sections visited by members of the public on our website is the inmate roster and deadbeats sections. Unfortunately, both sections of our website are unavailable and cannot display information at this time. Please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to remedy the situation. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you please try back again later.
