Sheriff Recognizes Nursing Staff During National Nurses Week

As Sheriff, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize National Nurses Week and to express my appreciation for the nursing staff assigned to detention facilities operated by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.

It is also an opportunity to recognize the important role that nurses play in our detention facilities, where they work tirelessly to provide quality care to our detainee population.
