As Sheriff, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize National Nurses Week and to express my appreciation for the nursing staff assigned to detention facilities operated by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.

National Nurses Week is a time to acknowledge the contributions of nurses to the health and well-being of our communities. It is also an opportunity to recognize the important role that nurses play in our detention facilities, where they work tirelessly to provide quality care to our detainee population.

Our nursing staff works diligently to ensure that the medical needs of our inmates are met, despite the challenges that come with working in a correctional environment. They are an essential part of our team and are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the individuals in their care.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is proud to have such a talented and committed group of nurses on our staff. Their dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed and we are grateful for the important role they play in our detention facilities.

During National Nurses Week, I encourage everyone to take a moment to thank the nurses in your life for their dedication and service to their communities. We are grateful for the work they do and we honor their commitment to their patients.

Thank you to the nursing staff at the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office for your unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of our detainee population. Your hard work and dedication are truly appreciated.

Sincerely,
