Bryant was wanted by JCSO for an active “Order to Incarcerate” for failure to appear for trial, stemming from a 2014 case that left one man dead and two others injured after a verbal altercation turned physical.
Bryant was spotted Monday evening and was arrested without incident at a poultry plant in Jefferson County, Arkansas on an “Order to Incarcerate” for failure to appear (no bond). Bryant was also arrested for active warrants out of Arkansas County for failure to appear with a bond amount of $1,225.00 and Clarendon, Arkansas for failure to appear for a speeding infraction, drinking in public, obstructing of governmental operations, and driving on suspended driver’s license with a bond amount of $1,595.00. Bryant was taken to the W.C. “Dub” Brassell Adult Detention Center (DBDC), where he will remain until his next court appearance.
While at the poultry plant, deputies also arrested another fugitive, Charles Terry Alsup II, 24. Alsup was spotted by deputies at the same poultry plant where Bryant was seen. Alsup was originally being sought by deputies during the agencies 4th of July Warrant Roundup dubbed “Operation Fireworks.” However, Alsup managed to evade capture by authorities for an active Felony “Petition to Revoke” on a charge Alsup had previously bonded on. Alsup was taken to the W.C. “Dub” Brassell Adult Detention Center, where he was held in lieu of a $1,316.75 bond.
