Sheriff's Office Email Outage

On July 4, 2025, at approximately 6:30 AM, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office was notified by our email provider of a major service outage due to technical issues on their end. The outage is expected to continue for an extended period.
At this time, we are unable to send or receive emails. Additionally, any messages sent to us between July 3, 2025, and now will likely not be delivered.
To speak with a deputy, please call our dispatch center at 870-541-5300 during night or weekend hours. Our staff will return to the office on Tuesday morning and can then be reached at 870-541-5351. For emergencies, please dial 9-1-1.
