PINE BLUFF SCHOOL DISTRICT TRANSPORTATION ADMINISTRATOR ACCUSED OF RAPE OF A CHILD: Jefferson County, Arkansas - June 19, 2014-Samuel A. Evans (52), Pine Bluff School District Transportation Administrator is currently under investigation and being held at the Jefferson County W.C. “Dub” Brassell Adult Detention Center (DBDC) for allegedly raping a 13-year-old male foster child whom was in his care.

On Saturday, June 14, 2014 the 13-year-old boy told investigators that he had been staying with his foster parent, Samuel Evans at his home for the past two weeks. Sometime during the early morning hours of June 14, 2014, Evans attempted to insert his penis into the child’s rectum, but was unsuccessful. During the attempt, Evans caused serious physical injury to the victim/child’s anus. Afterwards the victim/child stated that Evans forced him to stimulate his genitals until he (Evans) ejaculated on the victim/child, while Evans used his mouth to stimulate the victim/child rectal area. Afterwards the victim/child was able to go into a different bedroom, locate his phone and call his mother who contacted authorities.

Evans was arrested on today by Jefferson County Sheriff’s Investigators at his place of employment (Pine Bluff School District Transportation Facility) located at 300 North Linden Street in Pine Bluff, AR. Evans is being held without bond on probable cause for rape.
